Chairman Dodd on the floor. Hopes/expects to get to a vote on the Boxer Second Degree amendment around 11-1130am; and then to the Shelby proposal (concerning the $50B res auth) around 12:30pm. Chairman Dodd said he then expects to adopt the Snowe amendments before moving on with consideration of other amendments.
