I’m not familiar with the bill making process in this great a detail – what is “UC”, as in “Hagan asked for UC to call up #3744″?

if the bill passes on thursday, does the current form include any payday legislation? what is the latest on the consumer protection agency?
The consumer protection bureau is very much in the bill. It does have the authority to regulate payday lenders. How it will regulate payday lenders is unclear.
