I work for a payday lender in Arkansas, at least until they close in a few weeks. I understand and appreciate the need for regulation to keep companies honest. However, closing ALL of the lenders hurts everyone. Don’t let your employer short your paycheck or have an unexpected bill. If you do, you better hope a pawn shop will give you a fair deal on whateever you take them. McDaniels is simply a jerk who doesn’t care. DO NOT vote for him when his wants another term and DO NOT vote for him when he starts his US Senate bid.
