July 29, 2010 | CFPB Nomination, Financial Reform Bill - CFPB | Comments (0)Elizabeth Warren continues to receive praise but her nomination, according to NBC’s Alexander Rosen, is not yet a “shoo-in.” Other names being considered include: Michael Barr, assistant secretary for financial institutions at the Treasury Department; and Gene Kimmelman, chief counsel for competition policy and intergovernmental relations at the Justice Department.
