Fine, take it out on banks

From financial columnist Jane Bryant Quinn’s column supporting the CFPA:

Consumers are justly furious with banks that misled them about the costs and risks of their mortgages and credit cards, and skewered them with fees. President Obama wants to create a Consumer Financial Protection Agency, to help guard against yet another round of rip-offs.

As the risk of repeating myself, payday loans have very high customer satisfaction rates.
