The law is needed to regulate an industry that has grown out of control in our state.
An industry growing? Sure, who would want jobs, salaries, health insurance, rental income? The horrors of it all.

I believe that the truth is that not many, if any, new locations have opened in the last 12+ months due to the climate of the legislative battles.
