Credit crunch trends

February 19, 2009 | alternatives, industry, international, personal finance | Comments (0)

A poll in Britain demonstrates how people are saving money.  Here are a few items:

2. Buying supermarket own-brand food

3. Making packed lunches

4. Refusing to tip waiting staff, taxis or hairdressers

5. Shopping in Lidl and Aldi

Refusing to tip wait staff or hairdressers is appalling.   Hope that trend does not catch on in the U.S.
