Vote YES on Issue 5. Lower the ridiculous APR from 391% to 28%. Stop the raping of the Black and Hispanic communities. Don’t let the rich get richer off the poor. Vote for Obama. He will pass and anti-Payday lending law. Get these losers our of Ohio.
