Payday loans shouldn’t be and mostly aren’t anyone’s first choice in borrowing money. People being responsible in their spending would be advisable. That said, emergencies do arise. If someone is willing to accept the terms of these loans when he needs money, that person ought to be free of government interference to do so.
And any time government officials start planning to track names in databases is a time to worry. That’s all the more true when it’s Ohio government.
