Minor setback in Ohio

Ohio Secretary of State says not enough signatures to certify referendum.  BUT, Ohioans For Financial Freedom have ten days to get them.

This does not sound like a “minor setback” to me. Half of the signatures gathered by an army of petitioners were tossed out and Ohioans for Financial Freedom has only 10 days to gather 56,000 signatures. And…if they do manage to gather enough signatures, that will only ensure that the ballot initiative countering HB 545 makes it on the ballot in November. I’d say the deck is stacked against them in a major way.
