Happy first-day. CFPB is officially up and running

A few new changes have come to the CFPB’s Web site with the launch of their first official day (although Elizabeth Warren, for a year now, has lead the efforts in getting the Bureau up and running). One in particular effort is asking consumers to “Tell Your Story”.

The CFPB has also updated its logo, a spotlight  in the center of the logo symbolizing it being the “cop on the beat” and making sure consumers are well-informed when it comes to making financial decisions that are in the best interests of their families.

Do you want to tell your story to the Bureau? And how access to short-term credit has helped you? You can do that by clicking here. Just to make sure consumers are aware, this is not the place to log your complaints against financial institutions or regarding any particular financial product. To do that, the Bureau has set up the following contact form.
