Rep. Brad Miller (D-NC) took to the opinion pages of Politico yesterday to express his dismay with the Congressional confirmation process for recent financial regulatory nominees, including Elizabeth Warren. Rep. Miller concludes his letter recommending that President Obama use recess appointments to put these nominees in office. We’re not sure that Rep. Miller has seen this yet or not, but that is looking awfully unlikely.
