Should payday loans be banned in Utah? We think not.

In our recent post re: Utah, there is a poll that’s asking readers whether or not payday loans should be banned in the state. We want to make sure you got out there to rock your vote for access to short-term credit. This is where it currently stands now, so make sure you get out and vote!

    If you ban payday loans. Were will those people that need help and are not able to get the help from their banks go. Do you realize how many people you will have on unemployment because you put their employer out of business. Payday Loan Companies are not here to hinder people they are here to help any one that is in need for an emergency situations. And their banks are not able to help them. So you would rather have some one struggle not be able to feed their children, fix their cars to get back and forth to their employment.
    The people that are fighting to close payday loan companies are also the people that never walk in the door, and don’t have to use payday loan services. They are not struggling like every american person is on a daily basis
