NOW they’re writing about payday lending customers?

Where were they the last few weeks?

These are the stories that came to mind when the employees of the Massillon payday loan companies learned about legislation that was passed Wednesday by the Ohio Senate.

One Response to “NOW they’re writing about payday lending customers?”

  1. I have clients who are devestated about House Bill 545 passing, they are very willing to give their views on what a payday loan means to them.
I am a fighter, my favorite place to be is in the middle of a hornets nest, I know I am right and am ready for battle.
The big dogs in the House, the Senate and the Governor himself passed with lightning speed a bill that limits households in Ohio to options of having a shorted paycheck that needs to cover rent, electric, groceries, medicine and fuel and having the funds to pay for three of them, there will be no short term credit product available for Ohio’s families.
The elected officials in this state have failed miserably in connecting with the people who have elected them to represent their interests.
The big dogs won round one but this doggie knows how to fight too, I may not have a title or a position of power in their eyes, but I have thousands of angry Ohio’ans who are tired of being betrayed by the Government and their elitist viewpoints interupting our already tumultuous lives.
