Senator Enzi came to the floor to address the Consumer Protection Bureau.  Specifically, he discussed the issue of personal privacy.  He said he plans to offer an amendment later this week that would force the Consumer Protection Bureau to get permission from an individual before investigating the individual’s transactions, credit card reports, etc.
