The Senate has entered into the following unanimous consent agreement with respect to Wall Street Reform.
When the Senate resumes consideration of S. 3217 today, the time until 10am will be equally divided and controlled between the Leaders or their designees. At 10am, the Senate will proceed to vote in relation to the amendments listed below.
- Merkley amendment #3962
- Corker amendment #3955
- Hutchison-Klobuchar #3759, as modified
There will be 2 minutes for debate prior to each vote, with the succeeding votes limited to 10 minutes. No amendments are in order to the amendments listed above, prior to a vote.
The next 2 Democratic amendments in order will be the Landrieu-Isakson amendment regarding risk retention and the Snowe-Landrieu amendment #3918 (Bureau of Consumer Finance Protection).
