The Senate gaveled in at 10:00am.  The Majority Leader announced that the Senate would first have up to 80 minutes of debate on Sanders amendment # 3738 as modified (audit the Fed) and the Vitter amendment (availability of information concerning the meetings of the Federal Open Market Committee).   The Majority Leader said that he expected to have the Senate vote on these amendments at 11:30 this morning.  The Senate will recess between 12:30pm and 2:15pm today for the weekly caucus lunches.
