The goverment needs to remember that when people use a check advance store, it’s their choice,they are not being forced by anyone! Check advance services are less expensive than what banks charge for a bounce check.If you bounce a $10.00 check at the bank they will charge you up to $35.00 just in nsf fees AND they will keep charging you over and over until it’s paid. So, let’s see here ,go borrow $50.00 from a Payday Lending store and pay ONLY a $4.00 fee for the use of $50.00 for 7 days to cover that $10.00 check or just let the banks keep charging those nsf fees. Don’t take away the ONLY help we have!!!!! We need to remember, America, “LAND OF THE FREE” Don’t change it to Land of the NO CHOICE!!!
