Don’t let the facts get in the way of a good story! There are plenty of other states that do not have rate caps on payday loans: Delaware, Idaho, Nevada, South Dakota and Utah….just to name a few.
I have taken our several payday loans in the course of my lifetime and have had a great experience with them. There were there for me when my bank wasn’t!
