This confirms what we have been saying all along. A handful of ACORN for Iowa (ICCI) activists are trying to create a crisis simply to validate their own organization’s existence! We have a great PDL law in place already in this state. We are already well-regulated and the industry works pro-actively with our customers and regulators to make sure abuses do not occur. Only 8 Formal Complaints last year out of thousands of transactions. How many other industries can say that?
