He was introduced by a woman who said she took out too many payday loans and than he made a five-minute speech in which he said only a new federal agency could prevent another financial meltdown and protect consumers.

It’s obviously the paydayloan stores’ owners and managers fault that she took out too many paydayloans. She couldn’t possibly have done this on her own! (Sarcasm Intended)
