Is this a great country, or what?

Gas, tacos, pawn shop, medical care, all in one place.  From the story:

Haki Dervishi and his wife Linda Sue have owned the One Stop Pawn Shoppe since 1988. It includes a gas station and convenience store, a small taco shop and a free health clinic run by Dr. Richard Parkinson.

But the owners have done more than just sell gas and pawn items, their friends and clients say. The Dervishis have also provided emotional support to those struggling economically.

“We are connected with the people here,” Haki Dervishi said Tuesday. “They tell us about their lives and how their kids are doing. We are like a part of their clan.”

When I lived in Los Angeles, I used to go to one particular car wash regularly because they sold great tacos.
