Well I’m no attorney but just maybe oneday somewhere a Federal Court will tell a city government to treat all loan companies the same. i.e. – all loan companies whether banks, title, payday, pawn, or small that if one is zoned I or C-3 then all have to be zoned the same. Citys are clearly discriminating for no reason other than politics and it has become a problem.
