Free ATM use!

The Central Bank has banned ATM fees. Surprise, the people don’t like paying them. Now the bankers are complaining that they’re losing money. While the West has had ATMs for 30+ years, they are just starting to spread across much of the developing world. This story out of Nigeria captures some of the pain countries are going through in adapting to this technology.
