News stories, <a href="http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/09/26/eveningnews/main20111913.shtml" rel="nofollow">like the video from CBS Nightly News</a>, all too often do not distinguish between licensed payday advance providers who offer regulated loans and unlicensed, unregulated lenders, many offshore, who tender illegal loans. As usual, I'm optimistic! After all, Jessica Silver-Greenberg with the WSJ gets it. And there are others. The micro-lending industry is evolving FAST! The movement of digital transactions is increasing dramatically. Micro payments will soon dominate. Paypal and Facebook may very well become the major conduit... Exciting times!
