The Baltimore Sun had an article on March 6 that Payday lenders are bad. What about Newspaper companies?
630% APR, 600% APR…Child’s Play!
The Baltimore effectively charges its readers that buy from the news stand an APR of 863.65% compared to subscribers.
This is criminal and I highly recommend that someone contact the governor, mayor, citizens groups to complain about this travesty. This is unreasonable to charge someone that buys your newspaper $39 dollars a month for a service that you value at $22.82 a month for subscribers.
Look inward before criticizing others for offering similiar services.
