They couldn't explain it and she just kept saying that "you don't understand the concept of 'memo post'. The charges are valid, they are in 'memo post' .". I closed my account right then and there! They simply COULD NOT PROVE or explain how or when I ever went negative!! They just stole $300 legally!! This actually happened to me in Ohio (Keybank) for about $300!!
