A few years ago there were four issues called the "Reform Ohio Now" issues. The Dispatch showed all four winning, two of them by a 2-1 margin. In the end they all four went down by huge margins. Look at every other poll on candidates or issues; this is the only poll I have seen that has 0% undecided. Does anyone really believe that there are 5% of the people who after 21 months can not decide whom to vote for in the Presidential race, yet everyone has a clear view of Issue 5???
