Imagine a father who cashes his check on the last day of the month and is mugged. He then can't pay the rent and not being able to get a payday loan his family is evicted in the dead of winter. His child gets pneumonia and dies. Do Governor Strickland and the legislators who support this bill really want that on their conscience?
